Seachem florish in cichlid tank?

I was wondering if anyone has used seachum florish in there cichlid tanks the non excel kind I'm getting some jungle val in today or tomorrow and alrdy have the florish I was just wondering if it's safe and if so so u think I should dose a half does the first time to let the fish ajust
