What are some examples of fish that were rare 5 + years ago that are easy to find now?

I can think of a couple examples. Kelberi and Azul peacock bass and GATF.

All fish first introduced to the hobby were at one time rare and commanded a high price. As the fish become easier to breed, the rarity disappears and the price drops. At one time in the hobby, fish such as cardinal tetras, angelfish, and discus, were considered rare and commanded high prices.

I first saw a picture of a Tigrinus in the late 80's. It didn't have a head. They said because of where they were located they would never be in the hobby. I saw a live one at a wholesalers about 95 and they were asking $900. It was about 4". They still aren't common or cheap but they are pretty readily available.

Maybe this is my area but rainbows were uncommon until about 10 years ago.

During my time in the hobby?

Roseline barbs. When I first started 4 years ago they were like 30+ for a tiny one, and a lot more for an adult.

I saw them for sale for 7 dollars at petsmart the other day.
