vermiponics with fish¿

I'm currently running an aquaponics system with 3 gold fish and 1 random lake fish. I want to make a vermiponics system (incorporating worms). I'm looking for basic knowledge of fish currently gold fish I'll work my way up. Nutrition? Ppm? Oxygen levels? Water color? Cleanliness? Nitrates? I'm in this board because I can't find one place for this info this is a project and I'm putting my feelers out everywhere to get the best knowledge, oh I'm about trial and error.
