What type of light does a low and medium light planted aquarium need? I am looking at planted aquarium lights for my 45 that is 48in x 12in x 18in. I have some plants in it like hornwort, Anacharis, and some others that I forgot their names. I wanted to know the light in since my 45 has an aquarium lid and needs t-8 I think. This is one website I was looking at.

Anything that's around 6500k is fine. Does your fixture hold one or two?
