I call this beast "Nine" since he has an odd number of spots and last time I checked he was just over 13"

Cool! Mine is around 16-18 inches and just to let you know, they actually grow new spots (very slowly mine is developing his first new one...) so you may have to rename him "TEN" LOL!

That's awesome! I never knew that they got more spots, now i have to think of a name that will actually last his whole life lol.

And thank you Fishysweet from what I know when my polypterus it is an endlicheri or one of the subspecies.
