New 135 w/sump

I recently purchased a 135gal drilled tank. It has two corner overflows and it came with a 30gal sump. I have never ran a dump in an aquarium. My question
Is what size pump should I be running on this tank and are sumps a good option on freshwater tanks?

It's a three stage wet/dry. I got the tank (in great condition) sump w/ all media, fluval 405, very nice fine gravel and 3 18" programmable marineland LEDs for $200 on thing no stand but I just got done building one. Spent $50 and 5 hours and its done. Tight deal! Now all I need is there right pump. Going to run the sump and fluval on it.
