Hard to tell from the photos. Oscars a prone to eye damage because their eyes protrude so much. Has it been fighting with anything else in the tank?
Unless it doesn't eat for another couple of days I would say not to worry to much about that, Its not uncommon for Oscars to go without eating if they are stressed. Post a few more pics if you can maybe you can get a little better answer.

Thanks for your response .
I don't think he had a fight because he always goes out of the way if someone is swimming to him (he is a bit of a coward)
Also it looks like the thing on his eye got bigger

To me it looks like he bumped into decor. How is he doing now? The heavy breathing is probably stress from either bumping into the decor or from whatever caused him to get scared and bump into it. Does he have nocturnal tankmates? Some nocturnal tankmates can turn into bullies as soon as the lights go off. I had a datnoid that played nice during the day but would constantly attack my oscars at night, up to the point that I had to get rid of it.

I don't think he bumped into anything, the spot got bigger and he also got it in his mouth , also he is kinda hiding which is weird because he always swims in front.

He is stil breeding heavy and did not eat yet.
