I am going to be setting up a 30 gallon tank and plan on having some amazon frogbit, a red flame sword, a amazon sword, and maybe some micro sword but I was also planning on adding some red telenthera does anyone know much about this particular plant?

Its a nice plant, gets kinda big unless you shell out money for the dwarf form (which gets big for a "dwarf" plant but is still smaller and slower growing).

There are four main varieties that I know of/are worth mentioning. Mini, Varigated (I want this one so bad), Rosefolia (coral red all around under high light) and ocipus (its more of an Olive color, I think? I never paid much attention to this variety tbh).

Easy grower, sturdy stem, gets a solid grade from me.

Not to hijack the thread, but I'm also super curious about this plant. Is it more of a root feeder or a column feeder? Also is co2 a necessity?

It can grow without co2, and it takes more from the column but given how beefy it is, I think it'd also take from the roots as well since it can get some nice roots for a stem plant.
