Advise on stingray move

Finally making the leap up in tank size for my rays( 2 mm f, 1 mm m and 1 retic m) they started life in a 120 which in a matter of months they've outgrown........I have a 375 ( 96x37 1/4x 24 1/2) ordered, contractor is coming this week to put floor support in.............so to those who have been through this, whats the easiest, least stressful on the rays way to do this?

I just used a large net and a cooler.
Rays don't seem to jump around like most fish, so I kept the net and ray right in the cooler, carried cooler to new tank and pulled the ray out. No stress at all.

I have a big black tub planned on scooping them up and into the new tank I should have next to no cycling moving all the filtration, ect. Over as well
