Razor blade and scouring pad generally take care of it. Worst case next time you have the tank emptied use a little bit of CLR.

Sometimes vinegar works just be careful not to get much in your tabk or your ph will go way off

Splash some vinegar on the inside and scrap it with a razor blade or you could take a pot scrubbie soak it in vinegar and water then scrub the tank with it.
