I posted some pictures in the cichlia forum but I thought I would also post a thread on this forum as I want to reach out to those hobbyist that may know a thing or two of breeding Peacock Bass in captivity.
My Bass are almost 4yrs and living now alone in a 220g tank. I had flat rocks but the pair never liked it so I took it out.
Today the female has laid eggs but just on the black substrate.
I have never breed Peacock Bass before so I just turned off the lights as she is still laying.
What should I do. How long is incubation. If the eggs hatch when should I take the fry out.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
