New guy here. Fairly new to fishkeeping but loads of home work I hope has put me on the right path. Also having kids lose interest in the aquarium helps. Now I can get things the way I want them. Plan on a diy stand and a few other things once the weather gets better here.
Current setup is a 100 gallon 72x18x18. 2 junk canister filters (they work just not very well). 1/2 sand 1/2 gravel and random decorations. Want to replace filters with the fluval G6, and use current ones as bio and charcoal filters.
Tank is slightly above capacity at the moment. I made the mistake of taking in 7 convicts. Will be thinning the herd to LFS or any locals that want breeding convicts. But I am slowly working towards a better assortment of cichlids. Will get some video up soon of the feeding time shinanagings.
