Kinda surprised the penalties arent larger. Guess they got lucky nobody was attacked during these feedings or the civil suit would likely shut them down
Down here, bad press about your operation can shut you down just as fast. There are numbers of dive boats, and any time you get something negative like this, you lose business to the next guy.
