Blyx japonica vs lilaeopsis chinensis?

Im going to have a 10 gallon with fire red shrimp in the standard hood with the two lightbulbs so its a low tech tank. I have root tabs. Someone is selling the blyx for $1.25 and the chinensis $5 for 30 nodes. But ive researched and not alot of info of how it grows in low tech tanks. Thanks

Im going to try marsilea quadrifolia. I remember having a different type of lilaeopsis and have no idea what happened to that plant.

Blyda grows lik a weed witb high lot and co2, this lead my to having a lot of extra blyxa. I added some to my 5g betta tank with a 13w cfl and its not really growing but looks healthy after 4 or so months. The 5g gets some indirect sun so only have the lights on 4-5hrs a day.

two t8 bulbs right? that actually puts you at low-medium, which should be fine to grow blyxa and a lot of other things....all that they would do in low tech that they wouldn't in high tech is just grow slower, longer leafs, and taller....but that's fine honestly.
