Don't do live feed they usually have parasites. Just dose the tank with Epsom salt 10gal/tbs then try feeding again after couple of days

Do they mouth the food and spit it out or have no interest at all? Did they eat the first day you got them?

When you do feed them you might try frozen daphnia. IMO even very finicky eaters will go for it. If you fish were pooping normally, then it's not bloat not white and stringy. The later would indicate a parasite. Bloodworms although a favorite for most fish I find unreliable in quality and stay away from for the most part. Just my opinion, I'm sure you'll do what you feel is best for your fish. Good luck and I hope they eat soon.
