So I've just bought a golden dojo loach and added him to my 50g and small white spots started showing up on him. I had ich in my tank 3 weeks ago and I had cured it using the super ich cure from petsmart. And the ich is only on his fins, none of my tetra's, angels or the cory have it. Should I get a small tank to put him and treat just him or do I have to retreat the whole tank? And what treatment would be safe for him?

You have to retreat again. Since its a dojo loach, use half dose. Do not use high temp treatment as Dojos can't tolerate high temp well.

I would treat for at least 3 weeks, maybe even 4 weeks. Super Ich medication will only kill the ich during the swimming stage, and not when it is on your fish or when in the cyst stage (in your filters, gravel, décor). In lower temperatures, the ich life cycle takes more than 1 week, when compared to having the aquarium above 82F+.
