EcoPlus vs. Danner Mag-Drive

I'm setting up my sump/refugium. There are two good lfs in my community. One recommends the EcoPlus 1056 (1083gph 89 watt draw) and the other recommends the Danner Mag-Drive Supreme 9.5 (950 gph 93 watts).

Which one should I choose? The Danner cost $89 the EcoPlus is only $56.

I'll be running it to filter my 150g with a 75g sump.

Finally, are those pumps enough to handle my needs? Do I need to upgrade to either the EcoPlus 1267 (1347gph, 192 watts, $70) or the Danner 12 Supreme (1200pgh, 110 watts, $25)?

I'm going to build the DIY overflows that Urau Joey has on his youtube channel. I'm thinking 1.5" pvc or dual 1" overflows.

Is the height of my tank going to be an issue? The sump will be sitting on the floor and the top of the tank is 66" off the floor.
