Mixed a gallon of distilled water following the directions I found on MFK. Still using the original gallon I think. Probably about time to dump that one and mix some fresh. I'm not sure how long it lasts but I've been using it on my 120's weekly 75% WCs and haven't had any problems. My Local water uses chlorine only and it's a pretty low concentration.
