New pickup/ Need correct id please

Went out of town for my nephew's b-day and decided to stop by the pet store to just window shop and well you know how that goes. Came across this poly for sale $35.99. It was labeled as a palmas polli but I don't think it is. It is 9" and was in a very bright tank so its color is very light.

Well the store worker assured me that it was a palmas so I bought it to add to my tank with my albino poly. Did I make a mistake and bought one of the biggest polys?

Yes it's a lapradei, and yes they get quite large

it has gotten a little darker in color and just starting to eat frozen silversides. Hopefully it'll get it's appetite back.
