Replacement tubing / tubing consolidation

I have 3 canisters underneath my 125. This means 3 inputs and 3 outputs in my tank. I would like to do some consolidation to get rid of the eyesore...more for the inlet side than the outlet side, since I've removed all spray bars and the returns are not really visible. Plus I would like to see if flow on a particular canister is not what it should be so that I can troubleshoot/clean. I would really prefer just to have one inlet for all 3 canisters, though.

Any caveats to this approach?

I'm open to building something out of PVC but that may not be the best option.

Also looking for recommendations on good source for bulk tubing, as I'll probably need more than what I've got currently.

Thanks!

I can't imagine a single input that would be attractive. A good source for the hose is Jehmco or McMaster Carr.
