Any former college wrestlers on here? Just curious. I wrestled 3 seasons for The United States Military Academy at West Point before a career ending injury.

I wrestled starting in elementary all the way through college. I then coached wrestling for 4 years. I recently left teaching to focus on getting into PA school, but I would like to get back to coaching soon.

I coach my local high school team now while going back to school and I absolutely love it. I've helped coach my states national teams as well. Plan on doing it as long as I can and longer ha

That is awesome hoosier. Did you wrestle in college at all. I wrestled at Wheaton College in IL.

Yeah I wrestled at West Point for 3 seasons then completely blew my shoulder out and had to get 2 surgeries on it. Ended my competitive career.

Yeah, my competitive career was cut short by a head injury my junior year. I made a full recovery but had quite a bit of therapy. My wife (girlfriend at the time) says there are some lasting effects...whatever that means
