My friend who is kinda my uncle lol will build a 72x30x24" tank (224 gal) and will go with a RTG aro, clown knife and 2 bichirs (dunno what kind though). Are they compatible? and also are are they okay in that tank for life? :screwy: Please help. Also if the tank size will not be okay for life what size would you recommend for all that fish?

I think it should be ok. Probably can get away with the tank size as long as the fish stay in there designated zones. A 300g would be a better choice for uncle. I mean if the fish don't reach their max sizes then they'll be ok.

Better with 2.1/2' or 3' high for the aro. All them can coexist but you should go with a bigger tank, an 8x3x3 would be a good start.

The maximum space he have is only for 80x30x30" and after reading this he would build the 80x30x30" tank. would this build be enough for them? I think it's past 300 gal? and he also ask if he can add some clown loach for some bottom cleaning?
