Cuda has an open wound

Hi Everyone

I have a yellow tailed Cuda that injured itself when i moved them to a bigger tank. I used 2 24 hr doses of Furan2 and followed with 2 24 hr doses of melafix. I raised the temp to 82f and added the directed amount of aquarium salt from the start. it seemed to get better( the fuzz went away) but 5 days into it the hole got deeper. Help plz

forgot to add that i did a 50% water change and replaced the carbon yesterday.
