Very nice. I have a 2.5" nic that I think may be male. Hope he colors up like yours. No blue on him yet. At what size did yours start to show the blues?
Here is another male and the female. The males colors started to change more intensely around 4-5" these guys are around 7-8" . The female is around 6". I have 4 Males and one female.
Are there different sp. of nics? I've seen some adult males that grow that hump on the head and some that dont. Or we're they falsely IDed? Just wondering since I got a group of nics growing out in a temp 125g.
