A good friend had an aimara available but would not recommend even if its a huge predatory tank. Attacks everything at sight. Even during water changes, bites and yanks the freakin hose. Any accounts on being docile vs being extremely aggressive? Im in no rush to keep these dream fishes of mine but they're so rare here that its so hard not to contemplate getting one when the opportunity arrives lol.

And no, for me mala and cups just wont cut it:(

Aimara are aggressive in general. So definitely not docile. Most wolves are. If it's a dream fish u should get it. But you'll need a large tank now ways to avoid it.
