White Led Lights With vs Without Actinic Blue Lights

Long story short: I bought lights without any actinic blue leds. I need another light for the same tank but it seems it is out of production. The same lights are being sold with 6 actinic blue lights out of the 66ish leds.
Would this light be noticeably different or would they be okay to put on the tank?

Those are just " moon light " led's. You can't see them when the light is on only when you shut off the main led. They stay on all the time. Thats how they are on my light.
