Nice! knew there were more out there. I lift sometimes six days a week, with alternating body parts every day. The cardio is something i definitely need to work on... my weak point there. How far do you usually run?I lift a about 4 to 5 times a week. Not really trying to get massive but I enjoy it. Also add cardio a few times a week. Starting to lean my diet out so I can drop my body fat percentage.

Always love to see improvement.. have a favorite lift?Been lifting for 4 years. Wouldn't say I'm a body builder as I am absolutley terrible when it comes to cardio but I love getting bigger and stronger
