anyone know why jardini's are so much more expensive compared to silver arowana's? It's not like they are a rare fish.

Most stores I see get them in alot less often than the silvers maybe it has something to do with importing or availability.

Where is your LFS located ? baby Silvers here 69.00 to 99.00 ea, Jars at 129.00 to 149.00 ea.... personally Id like to see the prices raised all around. People tend to take care of things better when they view it as expensive...

You couldn't me more correct. RTC should be $500 instead of $50.

Mine was 75 but still a lot for a kid XD truckin clown loach stressed the poor thing to death in three days -.- I'm never getting another clown loach

As others stated it depends where you live and the availability to where you live. Silvers are around 70 and jars are 90-100 where I live. Maybe your lfs has good relations with an importer than breeds silvers.
