New tank and Need advise about sump :)

Hi, I'm on MFK for a while, but I have never post a thread in these topic. I just got a new tank from my uncle, he got it for only just $20 at the yard sale :O. It has some problem and a long scratch on the back of the tank, but It seems like the water didn't come out. It also has some drill for the sump, but I have no idea how to connect it and make a sump, cuz I have never use a sump before. Also, I don' know what are the dimension of this tank and how many gallon is it. I need help with this tank and which bulk hole should I get for it. Is it possible for me to put this tank upstairs, I guess it is a 175 gallon bow front what do you guys think?
