Mugged Vieja cichlid

Help, my other south americans (3 inches) beat up this guy the other day and in a 1g heal tank. I added in aquarium salt and the next day this weird white stuff appeared on the fins. Please identify this fuzz and what can i do for it to heal from the wounds and how long would it take?
