VATF cloudy eye need help

need help with my 3 " VATF i buy it on Thursday and I did not realize that one eye had a speck of blood the next fryday star to be cloudy and i star reading on google and the most I could find was that i need to turn up the temperature and add salt but it is not working and is getting more cloudy so what can i do water parameters are nitrate 20

Clorine 0
Alkalinity 180

I just did wc yesterday and i use seachem prime and i forget to mention i add some of pimafix to so you tink it can recover or it will gona lost the eye

The shop owner told me he had another fish that was disturbing and it seems the hurt mY ATF well look like i don't need to really worry rite
