Any recommendations for water flow in a 6 foot 125g?

Can anyone recommend a wavemaker versus a powerhead. All of my filtration is on the left hand side and I need to push water from the right. Thinking a wavemaker would do well. But I could do a powerhead on a sponge filter too. Have a canister and large HOB on the left and just would like a bit of flow in that direction .

I see the 40 and 60 are close in price, is it overkill to have jebao 60? Any place better to buy them from?

You can always buy the 60 and dial it back if it's more than you need yet still have that option for more waterflow available if you ever was to need it. I used to have 4 wp-40's in my 500 gallon and now just have 1 wp-60 and I gotta say the difference in the 60 is VERY noticable. They are beastly pumps to say the least. I got mine off amazon found it for $80. Reefbreeders.com sells them as well, $99 I believe.

Probably just go with the 40 its flow rate is 900 to 3400 where as the min on a 60 is 2600 to 5300. Might be a bit to fast on minimum settings.
