Noticed there was little to no flow coming out of the XP3 on my 90g african cichlid tank. I just completed filter maintenance on it this weekend. I open it back up and find this sitting on top of the top tray, underneath the outlet for the return tube.
It looks like some kind of plug, and I checked the parts schematic for the filter and I see nothing on these that looks like this. I put the filter back together without this plug and there is no flow returning to the tank.
Any one know where this goes? It can't belong in the return tube can it?
