Would a 4"-5" Barracuda work with my Coral Cat Sharks and Eel. One shark is 8" and a very active swimmer and eater, the other is about 12" and likes to hide all day. The Snowflake eel is a juvenile and is pretty active also. I', concerned about the Barracuda attacking the sharks.

Cuda will get too big, too fast. Unless you have a swimming pool or bigger, they are not suited at all for home aquariums. I've had some pushing 3 feet in two years time. You're looking at a 5-6 ft animal when full grown like likes to show bursts of very high speed.
They will also pick off almost anything in the tank after while.
Not worth the risk at all.
