Substrat pro is expensive initially but it lasts a long time. I've never replaced mine in 3 years. Its a very good product with a massive surface area. I'd go sunstrat

Of the brands listed, it goes BioHome, Substrat Pro, Biomax. This is going off of surface area and longevity of media. Taking cost into consideration though, and the Eheim wins by a mile.
