Hi all,

I'm new here and have a few questions..I currently have an 80 gallon tank and will be upgrading to a 135 gallon. I will be moving two emperor 400's to the new tank. Will that be enough or will I need additional filtration? If so, I'll probably go with a canister so which one would be the best?

Thanks in advance!!

big canister is one way to go...you could also add an aquaclear 110 or a big sponge filter running on a powerhead or a medium size can like a rena xpl...you have decent filtration for an 80 but an upgrade will probably be a good idea for your new tank...don't buy into the "gotta get" whatever "because it's the best"...lots of people (on here)waste more money on filtration than on their kids:)
