Want to start a FW ray tank in California. Advice?

All fw rays are illegal in cali so unless it's salt no rays

No rays are easy... both fresh and salt need large tanks and enormous filtration. The "easiest " are probably motoro but illegal in cali.

I understood that the Cortez? Rays are the easiest. They stay fairly small and have great personalities.

I thought those rays only got to 18 to 20 inches but that's only what I've been told. You should do farther research.
