Not sure what to make of it but maybe someone else can. I do have some questions though. 3.5 month old retic. Death unknown.
1.)What is the orange thing in the testes? I am guessing it's testes. 0610142040b.jpg
2.)What the hell is the green stuff? 0610142039a.jpg0610142042.jpg
3.)Why is the lower intestine so large? It was full of yellow liquid.0610142041_2.jpg
4.)Is there anything else I should look for?

Green is def bile released at the point of death. It's fairly common to find around the liver during a necropsy.
The spiral valve looks to be a normal size. The fluid you see coming out is indicating that there was no food presently being digested (suggesting it hadn't eaten in a day or two prior to dying).

I usually also cut several cross sections through the liver to check for any inconsistent tissue (lumps/cysts) and look at the heart (though the heart can be tricky to get to without damaging it). A couple of randomly placed cuts through the disc will give you an idea of muscle health. Stomach content is something worth looking at, also the walls of the stomach and surfaces inside the mouth - looking for cuts/open ulcers etc...
