I may be obtaining an Asian Arowana and was told to starve fish a couple of days when I get it. This will be my first and couldn't find a proper thread on it. Is it due to stress?

The only reason o can think of to starve your aro is to change its food (getting it onto pellets) if your lucky enough to get it to eat in its new home straight away I don't see why not

Nice what kind of Asian you getting? Very Jealous lol. If your getting it shipped it probally wont even eat anyway. Use your judgement to see how stressed it is from the move. If it eats means it comfortable lol
