Would like to know from the members with large eels like greens, Tesses, and others, how do you keep them in the tank? I built a lid from egg-crate with a plastic screening for a snowflake. I think it will be ok with the lights sitting on it even tho it's light weight. But for the guys with the 4,5 ft+ eels. How do you do it? Please explain and even add pics of the top of your tank and even your eel. Thank you!

Over there
I think the larger the tank and the more hiding spots the better. I had a fimbriated moray, about 1-1/2ft, in a 55 with A LOT of hiding spots. I didn't even have a lid on the tank and not once did it try to get out.
