I'm aware of Krylon Fusion being safe, but what about Krylon Indoor/Outdoor? I'd think they're the same, but is one safe and the other isn't? Or are they both fine?

I want to paint the filter intake tube of my Aquaclear, and have half a can left of the Indoor/Outdoor from when I painted the back of my tank a few months ago.

Krylon is safe but when I painted the aquaclear intake for some reason it peeled off. I now use electric tape which holds up well.

Scuff up the part with sandpaper before you paint, I find it prevents peeling. Yes I believe all krylon is aquarium safe once cured.

Or use "plastidip"...
