Walked by my tank and noticed my male angelfish was swimming on his side....he is no longer swimming and doesn't seem to be breathing. He also is very fat. What is going on??

Don't have a test kit. Never had a problem like this. My other angel and fish are perfectly fine and none have became extremely fat like the male angel. I do 50-70% WCs twice a week. I use prime for conditioner, also use salt but I will be stopping that due to me planting the tank recently.
for bloat, try dissolving epsom salts in tank. might help to get things moving in his gut and also helps inflammation.
Well I woke up and he was floating on the top. There is fish poop hanging out of him now by he still doesn't move.....I'm guess he is dead? It is like a whiteish color
