Will this work to fix a crack aquaclear 110?

Looking at that picture it is kind of hard to tell where that crack is on body of the skimmer. I would try super glue gel first. Just make sure the crack is clean and dry first.
I know the stuff I have will work,I was wondering if it will be fish safe when it dries. It's supposed to work on plumbing applications, like the plumbing in a house so I would think it should be ok.

You also could have backed it with thin acrylic or similar material for added strength. I had the same happen to one of my ac110, after 6 years the plastic became brittle and it chipped, just have to be careful when cleaning it out.

I have 2 brand new housings for the ac 110. I called them and told them I had a leak in mine and they sent me a new one. 3weeks later a 2nd one came out of nowhere an obvious mistake, but give the company a call tell them the filter is less than a yr old and leaking. What do you have to lose?
