Hey guys,

My Jardini decided to show off his acrobatics skill just now and has lost around 10 scales. While I should be thankful he didn't make it out of the tank, I still am a bit worried he might get infected - I really don't want to lose this guy.

I've already put a handful of salt in along with some stress coat but is there a way to help speed up the process of growing back his lost scales?

Great water quality and a great diet and it will be fine. Just keep an eye on it and look for signs of infections.
No need to add meds or anything to the water unless infection occurs

You already did the bast thing. Like Joel said just keep up the water quality and make sure he's eating healthy and he should be fine.

Are there any particular foods that encourage scale growth? The bulk of his diet is krill, squid, whitebait and hikari carnivore pellets.
