I've just finished setting up my 190 gallon tank.

In the process, i've been neglecting my nano tank.

So i'm thinking of redoing the whole thing.

Any one have any suggestions on what kind of aquascape i should do?

I'm thinking low maintenence tank, and just do shrimps.

I might just go with a jungle of anubias mini on back wall and one side wall, then a carpet plant.

Would it be wrong to add oto's?
3-4 of them? I just find that they together with shrimp are the ultimate algae eating crew.

I had ottos shrimp and a betta in my old 6.5g planted tank. Ime bettas will eat shrimplets but not adults and make a nice "showpiece". If it comes out half as nice as your 190g im sure it will be gorgeous

Thanks for the kind words.

They won't eat amanos, but the cherry shrimps were eaten up pretty quickly.

I'll start thinking and planning, and get a budget in place, then i'll keep this thread updated, but i'm hoping for ideas will surface here from other members.

I might just get rid of this and get another nano tank, i'm not a fan of the filter and heater compartment that not only takes up excessive space, but i really like the fluval edge, but i have no idea how people aquascape or clean those tanks.

There is no room to fiddle inside...but they are good looking..
