And so much more ;)

I brought in shipments of top shelf goodies from southern Brazil and Colombia last week.

Below are some photos of the species mentioned in thread title plus many other rarely imported/seen species from these most recent imports.
Updated stock list is pasted below for easy reference as well.

micans.jpg

micans1.jpg

These big micans (any micans, really) are extremely rare in the US. A super showy and colorful silver $/pacu like species that grows large enough to hang with adult Cichla and rays (heck, at current 9-10" size - they can already to that!).

a.pant1.jpg

I don't think I've ever seen this southern species of 'red fin barracuda' in the trade before. And great news - they are already nailing krill/shrimp and chopped smelt.

orino.vin.jpg

orino.vin1.jpg

Nicely sized juvenile orinos that learn very quickly how to beg for their frozen and freeze dried food!

umbrif3.jpg

umbrif4.jpg

Real wild umbies from Rio Magdalena :)

rhom.tocan.jpg

This rarely seen true Tocantins rhom eats pellets daily already :)

Yes, I know the jardini didn't come in on S. Am. import, but I have here at md size as well.

The below species are well suited for smaller, more peaceful aquaria. You know - some of us can appreciate the tanks with less day to day drama ;)
