I got my tank used a few years back the guy I got it from used one of those magnetic algae scrubbers and it scratched the acrylic well I was wondering how well do those acrylic scratch removers work? Some scratches seem a lil deep but mostly not too bad. Only reason I'm even considering doing it is because it's empty waiting to be moved I can live with the scratches they don't look all that bad when it's filled

Go to automotive shop and get super fine 1000 to 2000 gritt wet sand paper and Novis plastic polish. Wet sand the deeper scratches follow up with the Novis polish. You can do it by hand but it's faster with a buffer.
