It is, actually. In here it gets dried first, under the sun.

I hear Greeks eat it according to other recipee's, which they swear by..

Sad about the eel. But, what really caught my eye was the upside-down goose fish. That would be a helluva oddball species in a tank.
I was wondering what that larges mass was in the middle of the table...for a second it looked like a belly up marine turtle.

Are those 2 huge whitish-pink pieces in the middle...the 1 goose fish cut in half? Interesting looking monsters on that table....

This species is impossible to keep without a water compressor. The ones we had collected came from around 1000 feet. My buddy who owns a rare import company was able to keep 4 until he got tired of them
