One of my albino cats has a sore, as shown in the picture. It's had them before. They appear as a white spot on the skin, then come to a head and erupt into a small sore - just like a spot. After a few days it will settle down, and eventually go away.
All internet searched focus on Ich, which it obviously isn't. I've also considered columnaris.
My catfish are waiting to go to a much bigger tank, and at the moment, water quality is an issue with nitrates being high. I've increased water changes, and lowered feeding, which has helped, but still high, and likely will be until they are moved within the next month.
Could these spots be water quality related/stress? Or some bacterial infection?
