stocking ideas 45 gallon

Getting a 45 gallon aquarium. I have a filter with 22x turnover rate, so bioload isnt an issue. Im ala pretty experienced with fish.

Should I do:

A jack dempsey and musk turtle.

Or

An oscar

Or

1 green severum, 3 convicts in a planted setting

Or 1 green severum, 6-7 tiger barbs in a planted setting

Any advice is useful, so dont be hesitant .

Please give other ideas, I mainly like larger fish and unique ones for sure.
